Part of the internal Product and Engineering team responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving internal business products.

Key achievements:

• Responsible for designing multiple in-house web apps as the sole designer in cross-functional squads, including:

  • an “Agent desktop” allowing 400 customer service agents to handle inbound calls. Designed in a modular way that allows for ongoing innovation and new features.

  • a form submission tool that automated a lengthy and manual google forms/sheets flow

  • redesigned UI for the E.On Next office booking tool, used by around 6000 employees.

• Gained significant experience with design systems, initially building the first internal system alongside the Design Lead using MUI as the foundation, and more recently creating a second that is being built from the ground up to allow greater flexibility.
